We use a small kitchen in Marrickville where we bring in all fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers to create a product that is rich in Sydney culture. The process of making our pestos is almost exactly the same as making it yourself at home. Except, during the process of grinding all of our fresh ingredients together we cook them.
