Crisp, golden brown pancakes of freshly shredded potato, shredded spinach, onion and ground spices. Ideal for breakfast or as a meal accompaniment.
How to cook:
Cook from frozen. Deep fry: 2-3 minutes at 160°C. Oven Bake: Brush product with oil and bake at 180°C for 7 minutes. Turn product over and bake for a further 5-6 minutes. Product can be defrosted and stored chilled for 48 hours, for best results, oven bake.
