Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at forrestfoodco@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is Shipping?
A: Shipping is Free on orders over $100 that are delivered to the Tamworth NSW 2340 region, orders under $100 delivered to this same area, incur a flat-rate delivery fee of $35.
Shipping Australia wide is a flat rate fee of $35

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: In stock items ordered before 10am are delivered next-day to the Tamworth region. Orders from outside the Tamworth area are dispatched the next day, on a 2-3 day delivery service.

Remote and international delivery areas will vary to times quoted above. We will confirm at time of dispatch.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship Australia wide. However, get in touch if you are outside Australia and would love to buy our products. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What if my item is faulty or not as described?
A: You are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major fault, you can choose a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we’ll repair or replace the item.

Q: Do you accept change of mind returns?
A: Not required by law, but we may accept them at our discretion if items are unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items are returned to us as the customers expense.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email us at forrestfoodco@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide return instructions. Any returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from receipt of order. Returns must be be sent via tracked package. Condition of goods being returned are inspected prior to refund being issued.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The Customer covers the cost of return shipping.

Q: What happens if my order is delayed or missing?
A: Check your tracking first. If still not resolved, contact us at forrestfoodco@gmail.com, and we’ll help track it down.
