Q: How long will delivery take?
A: In stock items ordered before 10am are delivered next- day to the Tamworth region. Orders from outside the Tamworth area are dispatched the next day, on a 2-3 day delivery service.
Remote and international delivery areas will vary to times quoted above. We will confirm at time of dispatch.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is Free on orders over $100 that are delivered to the Tamworth NSW region, postcode 2340. Orders under $100 delivered to this same area, incur a flat-rate delivery fee of $35.
Australia Wide Shipping is flat rate fee of $35.
Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it online.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, to selected countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact is if ordering outside Australia. Shipping rates based on international location.
Q: What if my order is late or missing?
A: First, check your tracking email. If you still need help, contact us at forrestfoodco@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
Orders are usually dispatched within [3 business days] of payment being received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there is a delay (for example, due to stock availability), we’ll notify you promptly.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, or equivalent services.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

If no one is home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or at the nearest collection point.
We ship to selected international destinations. Please contact us by email; forrestfoodco@gmail.com, if you wish to order from outside Australia. Shipping will be calculated based on your location.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.
