Our vegan Fusilloni Rigati is our chef's favourite and the larger, bolder cousin of Fusilli. With its generous spiral shape, Fusilloni holds even more sauce in every groove — making it perfect for rich, hearty pairings. A striking pasta that brings elegance, bite and texture to the plate.

Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Try: Toss with roasted tomatoes, torn basil, garlic and a spoonful of ricotta for a colourful midweek hero. Or be taken to heaven with a slow-cooked mushroom and truffle sauce and a dash of our Cacio e Pepe.
